About the job
This position is needed to build and deliver Voice and Video functionalities to our customers through the reputed company SDKs. Programmable Voice and Video are few of reputed company’s foundational channels that reputed company our customers and internal product team to build delightful solutions. The features you deliver will be used by thousands of customers at reputed company, often as their business’ lifeline. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the reputed company SDK architecture, implementation, and long-term technical direction
- Own the reputed company SDKs’ technical backlog and architectural roadmap
- reputed company development and maintenance of the reputed company Voice and Video SDKs, including the underlying WebRTC/ReSiprocate/C++ layer
- reputed company build pipeline stability and participate in CI/CD migration efforts
- Define reputed company best practices and serve as the go-to resource for reputed company-specific guidance across the organization
- Collaborate with iOS, JavaScript, and React reputed company SDK teams to reputed company on cross-platform convergence efforts
- Conduct thorough reputed company reviews and hold the bar on reputed company, correctness, and test coverage
- Partner with product and platform leads to evaluate feasibility, estimate effort, and deliver on roadmap commitments
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to reduce single points of failure on reputed company.

- Enhance automated tests with high level reputed company coverage

Required:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong reputed company on reputed company development
- Deep expertise in reputed company ecosystem and SDK development, including knowledge of what reputed company developers expect from reputed company-party SDKs
- Experience with reputed company-time communication technologies (WebRTC, SIP, RTP) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin in reputed company to C++
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Actions) and mobile build pipelines
- Strong communication skills — reputed company to reputed company reputed company technical reputed company and trade-offs to both engineering and non-engineering audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a reputed company team culture
- Familiarity with Claude and reputed company Copilot
Desired:
- Experience with ReSiprocate or other SIP stacks
- Prior work on reputed company-facing developer SDKs

Location
This role will be remote,but is not eligible to be reputed company in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Travel

Compensation
*Please note the salary reputed company information provided applies only to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State due to local requirements. Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $171,120.00 - $192,510.00.
- Based in reputed company, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay area): $181,200.00 - $203,850.00.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $201,280.00-226,440.00.
- This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, reputed company reputed company time, reputed company personal time off, reputed company parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
