reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company Senior Advisor to reputed company strategic and functional leadership supporting the reputed company (VA) Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management reputed company (iFAMS) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to both government stakeholders and program leadership, leveraging extensive reputed company ERP expertise to guide operational improvements, modernization initiatives, production support, and reputed company implementation efforts.

This individual will bring deep knowledge of reputed company Financials, federal financial management, and ERP implementation best practices while helping reputed company reputed company process improvement across the VA reputed company. The ideal candidate is an accomplished consultant who can operate effectively with executive leadership, functional business owners, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional advisor for VA iFAMS reputed company Financials operations and modernization initiatives.
• reputed company strategic guidance on reputed company Financials capabilities, configuration, business processes, and industry best practices.
• Advise government leadership on reputed company enhancements, operational efficiencies, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Analyze reputed company business requirements and recommend reputed company, sustainable reputed company solutions.
• Support production issue analysis, reputed company cause identification, and reputed company of reputed company functional challenges.
• reputed company workshops, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions with VA stakeholders.

• Support release planning, prioritization activities, and governance boards.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, increase automation, and reduce operational risk.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years of experience implementing and supporting reputed company Financials in reputed company federal environments.
• Extensive experience supporting full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and production support.
• Demonstrated expertise in federal financial management processes.
• Strong understanding of federal reputed company principles and financial operations.
• Experience working directly with executive government stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate reputed company business requirements into practical reputed company solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing organizational decision-making.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required federal clearances.

Desired:

• Prior experience supporting the reputed company iFAMS program.
• Experience with federal shared services and financial reputed company modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Treasury requirements, USSGL, GTAS, IPAC, and other federal financial reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with reputed company integrations, interfaces, and reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting reputed company delivery methodologies.
• PMP, CPA, CGFM, PMI-ACP, or comparable reputed company certification.
• Experience working in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments supporting large-reputed company federal ERP systems.
