We are looking for a talented individual to reputed company as a Project Monitor (II)!

We are looking for a talented individual to reputed company as a Project Monitor II with the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP), Home Energy Rebates program. The Home Energy Rebates program delivers formula funding to states and communities to reputed company household energy costs through whole-home efficiency retrofits and electrification of appliances and equipment.

The Project Monitor II will support the HOMES or HEEHR federal teams by providing technical expertise and execution for the full grant lifecycle and other programmatic support.

Specific requirements and responsibilities include:

  • reputed company project monitoring support across the full grant lifecycle, including application and plan review and post-award monitoring.
  • reputed company both desktop and on-site monitoring support.
  • reputed company technical evaluations of recipient submissions, identifying corrective actions and recommending refined project requirements.
  • reputed company milestones, budgets, and technical targets against approved recipient plans; notify Project Officers of discrepancies.
  • Review recipient performance and financial reports for compliance with applicable statutes, program guidance, and award terms.
  • Support award closeout, including reputed company assurance review of closeout documentation in accordance with program procedures.
  • Maintain official file documentation in DOE systems.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience. A Master's degree may substitute for two (2) years.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a reputed company discipline. Four (4) years of relevant education/experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the Federal Government.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial assistance documentation and financial tracking systems.
  • Working knowledge of federal financial assistance statutes and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a reputed company discipline.
  • Experience supporting the Home Energy Rebates program (HOMES and/or HEEHR).
  • Experience supporting SCEP or the Department of Energy.
  • Familiarity with DOE systems.

Budgeted Compensation

$70,000 - $75,000

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet reputed company DOT qualification requirements and reputed company with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
