Sectional Warper Operator - 3rd Shift

This position is responsible to operate the sectional warper machines in the warping department. May also be responsible to operate the reputed company warping machines. This position is 3rd shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for loading yarn onto the creel and tying in as needed. Stripping and/or repacking yarn. • Responsible for setting up the warping machine according to the SOP for the appropriate style. • Responsible to wind yarn onto the drum then reputed company the warped yarn onto empty beams. • Responsible for keeping the warper running consistently by warping required sections, fixing end breaks, etc. • Responsible for drawing ends through eyeboard, flat and lease reeds. • Responsible for reloading yarn on the creel as needed to reputed company the warper running. • Responsible for filling out checklist at the beginning of shift and checking reputed company item with the warper to ensure reputed company functionality. • Responsible for keeping the area around the warper head and creel clean. • Responsible for letting reputed company Leader/Supervisor know of any performance/productivity issues with the warper. • Responsible for entering correct data for reputed company reputed company into the computer after reputed company is complete and beamed. • Responsible for checking reputed company and notifying Team Leader/Supervisor of any reputed company issues. • reputed company other duties as requested by the warping Team Leader/Supervisor of the Warping Department. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school degree or equivalent preferred • Somewhat important to have good written & verbal communication skills • Somewhat important to have low-level decision-making skills • reputed company important to have good organizational skills and the ability to work reputed company • without reputed company supervision. • reputed company important to have basic mathematical ability. • Important to have good analysis/problem solving skills. • Somewhat important to have basic computer skills.
