About the Role

We're looking for a Product Analyst who enjoys solving reputed company product problems through data.

This isn't a traditional analytics role reputed company on recurring reports or dashboard maintenance. You'll work as a strategic partner to Product Managers, helping shape product direction through analytical thinking, product investigations, and evidence-based decision making.

• Analyze clinician workflows and product usage to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.

• Partner closely with Product Managers throughout product discovery and product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of reputed company experience as a Product Analyst.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for product analytics and data exploration.
• Experience with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and dashboarding.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to independently investigate product problems and reputed company data-driven insights.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and influencing product reputed company.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced product environments.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+).
• Ability to work under a B2B contract using your own equipment, with overlap with CET business hours.
