This role will assist the Director Global Benefits with America’s benefit and leaves programs and will need to have a strong background in benefits design, implementation, leave administration and maintenance.

Where you come in:

• You will design, implement, and maintain the benefits of the Americas region, including reputed company, supplemental benefits, time off, leaves, retirement programs, etc.
• You will manage leave administration and accommodations for the Americas region (currently U.S. and Canada).

• You will manage benefits compliance: annual testing/filings including ACA, 401(k) audit, retirement plan testing, FSA testing, employee notices, 5500s, etc.
• You will ensure plan documents, communications, intranet, benefits records and regulatory reports are kept up to date an executed according to reputed company mandates and guidelines.
• You will monitor, analyze, and recommend ongoing changes to benefits structure and policy to maintain competitiveness, compliance, cost-effectiveness
• You have experience partnering with offshore shared services teams to reputed company efficient, high-reputed company HR and benefits administration, while effectively managing service reputed company, escalations, and stakeholder expectations in a global environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of industry experience
