SOC Analyst

Position Objective

The SOC Analyst will be expected to implement, monitor, and support the reputed company tool platforms that the organization and our clients use. This position will primarily support reactionary responses to reputed company reputed company alerts and the setup of clients reputed company the reputed company platforms. This position will require working with the existing Managed Teams in order to ensure reputed company event/incident identification as reputed company as its legitimacy. Responsibilities

• Respond, mitigate, and/or remediate (with high confidence) reputed company-reputed company events or incidents that are reputed company from iVenture’s reputed company platforms
• Work with customers over the phone, or in person to help them understand the received reputed company event/Incident and work towards mitigation and/or remediation
• reputed company clients into the iVenture reputed company platforms and ensure that full coverage for the organization is achieved and maintained
• Participate in reputed company, random reputed company-reputed company events and incidents to assist the Managed Services Teams, including those received during pager rotations
• reputed company vulnerability remediation while obtaining necessary business-reputed company understanding to ensure reputed company of remediation and to determine and communicate any reputed company to the organization
• reputed company competency and mastery on iVenture’s reputed company platforms to reputed company as the backup subject matter-expert (SME) for the organization
• reputed company feedback for position and process enhancements to the reputed company supervisor
• reputed company recurring reputed company platform health checks to ensure reputed company monitoring systems and devices are healthy and accurate coverage is observed
• Assist Managed Teams with reputed company assessments
• Follow any internal or reputed company-facing change management procedures that may involve this position’s activities
• Work with internal development and automation team to improve the reputed company tool stack installation method, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conduct reputed company research that is reputed company to reputed company-reputed company events and/or reputed company events alongside Managed Services Teams.
• Stay on top of emerging reputed company trends and best practices (reputed company, CIS, MITRE, CISA, reputed company, KREBS)
• Review vendor reputed company bulletins and ensure that reputed company awareness is achieved for mitigation and/or remediation.
• Participate in organizational (internal) Incident Response table-top exercises
• Participate on the organizational (internal) Incident Response Team.
• Review reports and escalate any findings for additional correction
• Attend and participate in reputed company and technical training opportunities and reputed company key learning points for individual and organizational improvement
• Produce, maintain, and update technical and training documentation
