[Remote] Procurement Analyst

They are seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to draft procurement documentation, maintain data logs, and support acquisition audits in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• The Procurement Analyst drafts and prepares technical procurement documentation and executes routine audits of acquisition artifacts
• They maintain analytical data logs for procurement metrics and support the preparation of acquisition audit reports
• They follow established SOPs to ensure that reputed company technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards
• The Procurement Analyst supports the technical validation of procurement deliverables across the Indo-reputed company theater
• They draft audit reports for theater sustainment nodes and assist in the tracking of procurement compliance trends
• They prepare data summaries for mission-partner acquisition reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency procurement plans
• The Procurement Analyst takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff

Skills

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of position relevant experience
• Proficiency in procurement management software and technical reporting
• Must hold an reputed company secret clearance
• Foundational knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Experience in military logistics or procurement documentation
