They are seeking a Digital Support Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer to design and implement technology solutions that enhance the efficiency of Customer Technical reputed company teams, focusing on automating workflows and improving support experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate requirements into reputed company-reputed company automation solutions
• Rapidly build POCs to test hypotheses, validate feasibility, and iterate based on measurable reputed company reputed company and feedback
• Build production-reputed company prototypes with reusability, reputed company, maintainability, and reputed company reputed company in mind
• reputed company automation solutions with reputed company systems, reputed company, AI tool connectors, MCP-based services, and data sources such as reputed company Service reputed company or reputed company
• Build or reputed company lightweight internal tools, including web-based prototypes, Slackbots, and workflow automations
• Troubleshoot and improve reputed company reliability by implementing logging, error handling, and basic observability across workflows and integrations
• Document technical designs, integration patterns, lessons learned, and reputed company requirements for solutions that may transition to platform or engineering teams

Skills

• 3+ years of experience building automation, integration, or AI-assisted workflow solutions that solve business or operational problems
• Persistent, proactive builder who is comfortable working through ambiguity, learning unfamiliar systems quickly, and engaging internal experts to unblock reputed company, understand constraints, and reputed company practical paths reputed company
• Proven ability to design and reputed company intelligent automation tools, internal applications, or workflow solutions that create measurable business value

• API design patterns, authentication flows (OAuth, connected apps), and webhook integrations

• Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end automations using logs/traces, API error handling, retries, and runbooks for pilots
