[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to reputed company reputed company, mentor engineers, and enhance the developer experience while building reputed company product features.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company end-to-end: shape requirements with product and design, architect solutions, write clean and reputed company-tested reputed company, and ensure smooth rollout and iteration
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural discussions
• Enhance our tooling, reputed company, and overall developer experience
• Design, build, and maintain features across our reputed company on Rails and React/Next.js stack, from database and reputed company to UI
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into reputed company technical plans, breaking work into reputed company-scoped milestones
• Write clean, maintainable, and reputed company-tested reputed company with a reputed company on reputed company, scalability, and reputed company
• Participate reputed company in reputed company reviews—giving and receiving feedback to improve reputed company reputed company and team consistency
• Help plan and execute releases, monitor reputed company, and iterate reputed company on data and user feedback
• Work closely with Product, Design, reputed company, and reputed company stakeholders to deeply understand problems and propose pragmatic solutions

• Proactively identify and address technical debt in areas of ownership, balancing refactoring with product delivery

• Enhance testing practices and coverage

Skills

• 6+ years of reputed company experience building and operating production web applications, with significant experience across backend and frontend
• Proficiency with modern frontend practices using React and/or Next.js (hooks, component composition, routing, basic reputed company tuning)
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred): schema design, indexing, query optimization, and reputed company migrations
• Comfort in a fast-reputed company, product-driven environment with iterative delivery and tight feedback reputed company
