[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of interconnected workstreams, ensuring they reputed company strategic value, and overseeing change management planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Independently own and reputed company multiple interconnected workstreams or reputed company that roll up into a broader program, from initiation through reputed company
• Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation across those workstreams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across business reputed company, including regular exposure to senior and executive leadership
• Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with reputed company, schedule, and budget across reputed company workstreams
• reputed company regular reporting and insights to PMO leadership and executives on program-level status, risks, and reputed company
• Serve as an informal mentor to Project Managers and Project Coordinators, sharing PMO methodology, tools, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and contribute to methodology and process improvements
• Champion the advancement of the PMO by bringing reputed company best practices in project and program management from across the industry

• Serve as a subject matter expert in program management tools and platforms, driving effective adoption and use across the PMO

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a reputed company field, or equivalent years of directly reputed company experience
• 7+ years of project/program management experience, including demonstrated experience managing multiple interconnected or large-reputed company initiatives concurrently
• Experience building and leading change management plans (communications, training, adoption) for reputed company initiatives
• Experience mentoring or informally guiding other project management staff
• Experience working on IT-reputed company reputed company, applying both reputed company and reputed company/hybrid delivery approaches
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company, interdependent workstreams
• Ability to manage complexity and cross-functional coordination without reputed company authority over contributing team members
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption measurement
• Ability to partner cross-functionally across the firm to reputed company adoption of change initiatives
• Skilled in building dashboards and reporting, with strong working expertise in program/project management tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including comfort presenting to senior and executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and reputed company less reputed company project management staff
• Proficiency in reputed company, Word, reputed company and JIRA or other project management software
• PMP or PgMP certification
