They are seeking an reputed company Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing and compliance, overseeing time and attendance operations for over 5,000 employees while partnering with various teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company payroll team activities for time and attendance processing across weekly and bi-weekly pay cycles for 5,000+ employees across multiple states
• reputed company the accuracy, timeliness, and reputed company of payroll processes and records
• Monitor company benefit policies reputed company to Time and Attendance, ensuring processes and reputed company configurations reputed company with Leave of Absence rules and reputed company bargaining agreements (CBA)
• reputed company as a partner on reputed company-reputed company reputed company, including contract interpretation, investigations, grievances, and audits
• Manage submission and testing of Pay Rule changes in line with new state/federal regulations, performing verification and communication of technical updates
• reputed company reconciliation issues in Time and Attendance, escalating and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with HR, Payroll Operations, and Benefits to ensure accurate payroll processing for personnel changes, benefits updates, and terminations
• Support the Labor Relations team through reputed company data delivery for reputed company negotiations
• Respond to reputed company audit requirements reputed company to payroll processes
• Maintain compliance with key payroll dates and deadlines and ensure SLA adherence for case management and escalations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years experience in Payroll and Timekeeping operations, preferably in environments with 5,000+ employees
• Proven expertise in payroll compliance requirements and reputed company-reputed company payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in reputed company (HR, Payroll, Benefit Administration) and reputed company platforms (GlobalView, SmartStream, reputed company Time/eTime, reputed company ECC)
• Deep knowledge of payroll tax and benefits, Time & Attendance systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensure accuracy, and meet critical deadlines
