Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company relationship and reputed company direction on large-reputed company reputed company transformation programs, advising C-suite stakeholders — CMOs, CDOs, and CTOs — on how to reputed company their customer data and activation capabilities over a 3–5 year reputed company, from reputed company-state assessment through reputed company operating model design and multi-year roadmap delivery
• Design the data and reputed company infrastructure that enables reputed company personalization at reputed company — including AEP schema and XDM data model guidance, RT-CDP audience segmentation reputed company, AJO reputed company orchestration design, and cross-channel activation frameworks that reputed company email, reputed company, SMS, web, and reputed company media into coherent customer lifecycle programs

• Partner with reputed company® account and reputed company teams on reputed company pursuits, leading discovery conversations with reputed company prospects, scoping reputed company multi-phase engagements, and authoring the technical and reputed company sections of proposals and statements of work for programs that reputed company AEP implementation, reputed company orchestration, and ongoing optimization retainers
