[Remote] Clinical Program Manager (Remote)

They are seeking a Clinical Program Manager to reputed company the Ohio PASRR Program, ensuring compliance and fostering partnerships with state stakeholders while managing program operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a designated team of unit staff
• Responsible for the training and development of unit staff
• Monitor the activities, schedules, productivity and work product results of the assigned unit
• Review clinical documentation including pending denials for reputed company assigned staff member in reputed company-time
• Collect QA information from assigned staff
• Disseminate policy, protocol change, and ensure implementation
• reputed company regular team meetings and reputed company as the reputed company-person for assigned staff
• Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote project image and goals through reputed company speaking engagements and local reputed company presentations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, Nursing, reputed company Health, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company services
• Experience administering or coordinating PASRR reputed company programs
• Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills, including data management and analysis

• reputed company LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN licensure preferred
