[Remote] Recruiter

The role involves optimizing reputed company processes, consulting with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake discussions and manage stakeholders’ expectations
• Utilize full life cycle reputed company process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring candidate for reputed company
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Create an exceptional and engaging experience for reputed company candidates and new hires
• Schedule interviews and logistics
• Build strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates
• Ensure consistency in the application, assessment, interview and hiring process
• Proactively manage reputed company requisition including reputed company communication with reputed company candidates and hiring leaders
• reputed company, execute, and monitor talent pipelining strategies, using a reputed company of resources and tools as a delivery vehicle for producing reputed company candidates
• Build partnerships – including identifying key institutions to work with, career fairs and reputed company reputed company to build our employee brand and talent network
• Utilize a data driven approach to tracking and reporting
• Work effectively reputed company reputed company available platforms, including reputed company reputed company (ATS) and Phenom (CRM)

Skills

• 5+ years of work experience in reputed company required
• Experience with ATS systems required
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications
• 2+ years of work experience in reputed company/clinical reputed company highly preferred
