[Remote] Senior Technical Accountant - SEC Reporting

This role involves preparing SEC filings, researching reputed company reputed company issues, and improving financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and reputed company disclosures
• Research reputed company reputed company issues and prepare technical reputed company memorandums and white papers
• Interpret and implement new U.S. GAAP reputed company standards
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities reputed company to reputed company reporting
• Partner with reputed company auditors and cross-functional business leaders on technical reputed company reputed company
• Assist with SOX compliance, internal controls, and SEC reporting requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience

• Experience preparing SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and technical reputed company

• CPA strongly preferred
