The reputed company Operations Analyst will partner with reputed company leadership to enhance operational effectiveness through process optimization, technology implementation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company leaders to identify, evaluate, and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, reputed company, and the underwriter experience
• Analyze reputed company workflows and business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation – combine with the below reputed company?
• Coordinate implementation of reputed company initiatives, including technology enhancements, vendor solutions, and process improvements
• Serve as the operational reputed company between reputed company, Information Technology, Product Management, Compliance, Claims, and other business partners
• reputed company, document, and validate operational requirements to support successful delivery of business initiatives
• Support vendor implementations by coordinating business activities, documenting requirements, facilitating testing, and assisting with rollout activities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting results and ensuring business readiness prior to implementation
• Analyze operational data and trends to reputed company actionable recommendations to reputed company leadership

• Experience preparing reports and presenting findings to business leaders
• Experience supporting reputed company technology implementations or operational transformation initiatives
• Experience with reputed company workbench, workflow automation, business rule configuration, or policy administration platforms
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience developing business process documentation, workflows, or training materials
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools
• Knowledge of reputed company, Lean, or reputed company improvement methodologies
