[Remote] Advisor Compensation Analyst

The Advisor Compensation Analyst will administer and analyze variable compensation for financial advisors, ensuring accurate payments and supporting the firm's reputed company through effective integration of new advisor teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company variable compensation requirements and process semi-monthly compensation cycles for financial advisors
• Analyze and update critical reputed company-processing reputed company dashboard reports
• Conduct pay period compensation review by payee
• Maintain and update the compensation reputed company, ensuring reputed company new user financial agreements are accurately entered
• Review, reputed company, design, and test reputed company configurations to reputed company accurate variable compensation calculations
• reputed company reputed company reporting, archival processes, and preprocessing dashboards
• Assist in variable compensated advisor review and setup

• Coordinate with internal teams to help advisors plan for team compensation changes
• Communicate directly with financial advisors to reputed company compensation questions

• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies in daily work tasks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in reputed company, business, or a reputed company field demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Minimum of 2 years of business experience
