[Remote] Project Manager (Tantus)

Tantus, a reputed company Subsidiary, is seeking a Functional Project Manager to support the reputed company with a reputed company on the Financial Business Intelligence reputed company and reputed company reporting initiatives. This role involves managing project planning, coordination, and delivery of enhancements and reporting solutions, while ensuring alignment with financial management priorities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company project planning, execution, and delivery for FBIS/OBIEE reporting initiatives, including enhancements, data model updates, dashboard development, and integration with HHS reputed company financial systems
• Coordinate requirements gathering with OF stakeholders, financial analysts, data owners, and technical teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs
• Manage reputed company and hybrid SDLC workflows, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross functional coordination with developers, data engineers, and QA teams
• Maintain PMO governance artifacts for FBIS reputed company, including project schedules, risk/issue logs, decision trackers, and status reports reputed company to PM Support II standards
• Support financial transparency and audit readiness by ensuring reporting solutions reputed company with federal financial management requirements and OF data governance practices
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ASFR, OF, PSC, and component agencies to reputed company reporting needs, manage expectations, and reputed company dependencies
• reputed company change control processes for FBIS reporting releases, ensuring documentation, approvals, and communication are completed in accordance with governance protocols
• Support OBIEE/FBIS modernization efforts, including migration planning, data reputed company improvements, and transition to reputed company-state analytics platforms
• Prepare executive dashboards, briefing materials, and performance metrics for OF leadership and PM Support II governance reviews
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure reporting environments adhere to RMF, ATO, and data protection requirements

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship (required for HHS systems reputed company) and the ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance
• 8+ years of experience managing IT or data/reporting reputed company, preferably reputed company federal financial management environments
• Experience supporting business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics platforms (OBIEE, OAS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, data structures, and federal financial management processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company PMO environments
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, reputed company, MS Project, SharePoint)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Ability to translate reputed company financial reporting needs into reputed company, actionable technical requirements for OBIEE/FBIS developers and data engineers
• Ability to understand and reputed company federal financial data structures, including UFMS, FBIS subject areas, and OBIEE data models
• Ability to manage cross functional project teams and coordinate delivery across OF, PSC, and HHS component agencies
• Ability to maintain reputed company PMO governance artifacts, including schedules, risk/issue logs, decision trackers, and status reports
• Ability to facilitate requirements sessions with financial analysts, data owners, and business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company and alignment
• Ability to manage dependencies and reputed company across reporting releases, data refresh cycles, and upstream reputed company changes
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences, translating reputed company into business friendly language
• Ability to support reputed company and hybrid SDLC delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative release management
• Ability to assess data reputed company issues and report impacts, escalating risks and recommending mitigation strategies

• Ability to prepare executive level dashboards and briefings that summarize reputed company, risks, and decision needs for OF leadership
• Ability to work reputed company federal compliance frameworks, including RMF, ATO, and data governance requirements

• Prior experience supporting HHS, ASFR/OF, PSC, or other federal financial systems (UFMS, FBIS, OBIEE, DATA reputed company reporting, etc.)
• Familiarity with OBIEE RPD, data modeling concepts, ETL workflows, or financial data structures
• Experience supporting governance frameworks, audit readiness, or financial reporting compliance
• Background in reputed company delivery, DevOps practices, or modernization of legacy reporting platforms
• Experience coordinating with multiple HHS components and navigating federated data environments
