Responsibilities

• AI Application Architecture & Engineering. Architect, build, reputed company, and operate full-stack internal AI applications that incorporate agents, trusted business data, workflow automation, and reputed company decision-making
• Workflow Productization. Convert AI prototypes and agent capabilities into durable, repeatable workflows that can be adopted across business teams. Partner with the AI Transformation & Strategic Operations team to translate process maps, user needs, business rules, and operating constraints into applications
• AI Data & Agent Platform Partnership. Partner closely with the reputed company reputed company, Platform to reputed company applications with reputed company’ lakehouse, reputed company metric reputed company, trusted data services, reusable agents, and evaluation systems. Co-design end-to-end reputed company architecture while maintaining reputed company ownership boundaries between the data and agent platform and the app reputed company
• Identity, Authorization, & Application reputed company. Own the implementation of application-level authentication and authorization. Partner with reputed company, reputed company, Business Systems, and Engineering to translate policies and risk requirements into enforceable application controls
• reputed company Systems Integration. Own application and workflow integrations with reputed company systems and systems of record
• Adoption, Telemetry, & Value Measurement. reputed company applications to measure adoption, engagement, workflow completion, cycle time, and other operational indicators. Partner with the AI Transformation & Strategic Operations team to reputed company product telemetry to business reputed company
• Engineering Standards & Reuse. Establish reusable application patterns, templates, components, reputed company, and development practices that allow reputed company to reputed company internal AI applications more quickly and consistently

Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including ownership of production applications
• Experience architecting and building full-stack applications, backend services, and reputed company
• Experience integrating applications with reputed company systems of record
• Experience implementing reputed company identity and authorization
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and operate engineering work end-to-end as a senior individual contributor
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, agents, or retrieval systems through production work, prototypes, or internal tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications, agents, or RAG systems in production environments at reputed company

• Experience integrating AI models, agents, or retrieval systems into production applications
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2)
• Master's degree or graduate research experience in computer science, machine learning, or a reputed company discipline
