This role involves working directly with reputed company customers to reputed company reputed company network reputed company solutions, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers throughout the deployment and implementation lifecycle, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform
• Involved in everything from solution design and implementation through to configuration, troubleshooting and customer enablement
• Work reputed company sales, presales, product and engineering teams, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers across the US

Skills

• Strong experience reputed company reputed company Services, Consulting, Implementation or Technical Engineering
• Background in network reputed company, networking or cyber reputed company
• Experience deploying and configuring reputed company reputed company technologies
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS and firewalls
• Experience working directly with reputed company customers
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company technical environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment

• Must be based on the US East Coast or Central region
