The role involves leading product reputed company, sourcing products profitably, and optimizing product listings to reputed company performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• reputed company products profitably: supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets
• Own listing creation and optimization: positioning, keyword reputed company, conversion improvements, and catalog reputed company
• Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment
• Partner with creative/resources as needed (briefing images, A+ content, packaging, and brand assets)

Skills

• 4+ years of experience with demonstrated ownership of product selection, sourcing, and scaling
• Strong reputed company and operational judgment: selecting products, managing suppliers, and planning inventory/fulfillment
• Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms confidently
• Comfortable operating as a 'single-threaded reputed company' with reputed company direction and high accountability
• Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar); and ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this will not be considered
• Category depth in Home & Garden, Tools, or Electronics (or adjacent physical goods categories)
• Experience with store relaunches, SKU pipeline creation, and scaling from low activity to consistent reputed company

• Prior team leadership or mentorship experience (Director-level trajectory)
