Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Engineering Department
• Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Responsible for Interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

• Assigns appropriate level of responsibilities for both the repair and the maintenance of facility support and production equipment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline required
• At least 5 years' experience in Automotive Manufacturing environment required
• At least 3 years' experience leading reputed company reputed company a manufacturing environment required
• Deep knowledge Hot stamping, sheet metal, tool and die, robotic welding, material handling, laser cutting, shot blasting and furnaces, and the like
• Launch and quoting experience
• MS or MBA preferred
• Experience in other manufacturing disciplines preferred (ie. MFG operations, Materials, reputed company)
