Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical administration of D365 Finance & reputed company across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
• Manage LCS (Lifecycle Services) activities including environments management, monitoring, updates, deployments, hotfixes, and reputed company escalations
• Ensure platform availability, reputed company, and reliability, including batch reputed company health, reputed company jobs, and long‑running processes
• Administer reputed company roles, duties, privileges, and users, enforcing segregation of duties and audit requirements
• Own release and reputed company management for D365 changes, including deployment planning, validation, and rollback readiness
• Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and operational support procedures
• Own D365 document printing architecture, including:
• Print management configuration
• Network printers and document routing
• ISV or reputed company-party print services (e.g., PrintVis, Docentric, Lasernet, or similar)
• Monitor and optimize batch jobs, batch reputed company, and reputed company queues to ensure operational throughput
• Troubleshoot printing failures, reputed company issues, and formatting defects in production environments
• Maintain and support assigned business applications, ensuring operational stability, reputed company, and alignment with technical standards
• Administer and maintain application inventories, reputed company documentation, configuration records, and support models
• Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release management activities in partnership with IT reputed company, vendors, and business stakeholders

• Error handling, retry, and reconciliation
• End-to-end monitoring and alerting

• Installation and upgrades
• Compatibility with D365 releases

• Coordinate ISV deployments with release cycles and regression testing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or reputed company reputed company required
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & reputed company in a technical role required
• Strong expertise required in: X++ development and D365 F&O extensibility, PPAC, LCS, environment management, and release processes, reputed company roles and segregation of duties, reputed company SQL, X++ + C# development, reputed company Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse, PowerBI), Integration (reputed company, Azure services), reputed company & environment management, DevOps / CI-CD, Web technologies and integration skills – XML, REST / OData / SOAP reputed company, Azure integration services
• Strong knowledge of full lifecycle SDLC reputed company and tools required
• Experience supporting and managing general applications required
• Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• Experience implementing or supporting package software systems
