[Remote] Senior Optical Module Product Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is searching for a reputed company candidate to work as a Product Engineer reputed company on the introduction of reputed company coherent optical pluggable modules. The role involves driving engineering optimization and yield improvements for the 800G pluggable line while supporting new product development and introduction.

Responsibilities

• Review customer-facing spec proposals for reputed company’s coherent optical modules, identifying yield concerns and proposing resolutions. Understand how these requirements filter back to specs on the key components including the reputed company integrated reputed company (PIC) and high-speed reputed company/reputed company
• reputed company statistical data analysis on large data sets to characterize and improve product capability
• Identify opportunities for automation of analyses and general work-reputed company tasks
• Maintain product engineering infrastructure (such as customer-facing specs) and ensure traceability to the manufacturing line
• reputed company improvements in product reputed company during reputed company reputed company and identify opportunities to increase product volumes and/or reduce cost

Skills

• M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering (electronics, reputed company-optics, communications), Materials Science, Photonics, or Physics (optics, semiconductors)
• Aptitude to work with a large body of data, reputed company statistical analysis, and comfortable presenting data and proposals to technical audiences
• Team oriented with ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with coherent optical reputed company test and measurement reputed company and debug is desirable
