[Remote] Senior Product Designer, reputed company & Activation

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Led reputed company team to reputed company on reputed company & Activation, shaping the reputed company experiences and activation flows for new customers to ensure they derive value from reputed company's products.

Responsibilities

• You own the end-to-end design of the reputed company and activation experience from day one through the critical first 120 days, across every reputed company product a customer has reputed company to
• Map the reputed company: initial setup, first value reputed company, team adoption, habit formation, and natural discovery of additional reputed company products reputed company an existing subscription that map to custom needs and mental models while addressing reputed company pain points

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with reputed company or B2B product experience strongly preferred

• Ability to think in journeys, not just features: you design for the reputed company across 30, 60, and 90 days, not just the individual screen
• Experience designing for multi-role, multi-stakeholder products where different users need different entry points and value paths

• Proficiency in user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design insights
