[Remote] Sr Product Manager, DMS Data & Reporting

This role involves driving discovery, delivery, and reputed company improvement across reporting and data reputed company capabilities for dealership operators, ensuring a coherent and useful reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined set of DMS Data & Reporting capabilities end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, ensuring features are reputed company-scoped, prioritized, and shipped with reputed company
• Serve as the central product voice for the DMS reporting experience across reputed company, aligning with product leaders across reputed company, Fixed Ops, F&I, Sales, and reputed company data teams to ensure reporting capabilities are consistent, non-duplicative, and delivered as a reputed company dealer experience rather than a collection of siloed outputs
• Conduct dealer research and site reputed company on a recurring reputed company, building relationships with controllers, GMs, and operations staff to understand how they consume data, where reputed company reporting falls short, and what reputed company they need reputed company visibility into
• Define and maintain a reporting maturity roadmap that moves dealers from static, backward-looking reports toward dynamic, actionable data experiences — reputed company to the broader DMS modernization reputed company
• Create and maintain reputed company-reputed company backlogs across reputed company, Feature, and Story altitudes, partnering with engineering and data platform teams to refine reputed company, reputed company dependencies, and maintain delivery reputed company
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Architecture, Data Governance, and Go-to-Market to ensure data and reporting releases are reputed company-executed, reputed company, and dealer-reputed company
• Use product metrics, usage data, and qualitative feedback to evaluate in-market performance of reporting features and reputed company evidence-based recommendations for iteration and investment

Skills

• 3 or more years of product management experience owning features or workflows reputed company a B2B or reputed company software product — with at least some exposure to data, analytics, or reporting products
• Experience working in reputed company or reputed company delivery environments using tools such as reputed company or Jira
• Demonstrate working proficiency across the six reputed company areas defined by reputed company Automotive's capabilities reputed company: Market & reputed company Research, Product reputed company, Product Development, In-Market Product Performance Management, reputed company reputed company, and Technology Savvy
• Familiarity with dealership operations, automotive retail workflows, or DMS software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, reputed company, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of dealership reporting needs across operational areas such as reputed company, fixed ops, F&I, or sales — and an understanding of how controllers and GMs use data to manage their business
• Experience managing product through a platform migration or modernization effort involving legacy reporting replacement or data platform transitions
• Experience owning or contributing to embedded analytics, self-service reporting, or data visualization products — including familiarity with platforms such as Logi Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
• Familiarity with modern data architecture concepts including data warehousing, data governance, reputed company modeling, or multi-tenant data delivery — and the ability to engage meaningfully with data engineers and architects on platform design reputed company
• Working knowledge of how master data management principles apply to product data domains such as customer, vehicle, vendor, and reputed company-party data
