Responsibilities

• Support capital markets and finance teams on purchase and sale agreements, securitizations, and other reputed company arrangements, as reputed company as day-to-day reputed company support
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with institutional investors, including asset managers, reputed company firms, hedge funds, and pension funds
• Partner with internal stakeholders and reputed company counsel to support structuring and execution of securitization transactions, including pass-through and asset-backed structures

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar
