[Remote] Program Management Analyst - Clearance Required

The Program Management Analyst will support the DHS Science and Technology Directorate, focusing on program management activities such as contract actions and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-reputed company program office, including a wide reputed company of program management activities such as contract actions and financial management
• Prepare and process purchase request and financial transaction documentation
• Process verification and validation of purchase and financial transactions
• Support verification of monthly invoice information in accordance with contract terms/conditions/etc
• Coordinate and reputed company program meetings and events with a reputed company of reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company tracking mechanisms that support federal reputed company of reputed company reputed company and reputed company budget and financial data
• reputed company strong working relationships with reputed company partners, including the Army Garrison
• reputed company development of analyses and data evaluation for reputed company and recurring reports
• reputed company incoming and outgoing correspondence, alerting responsible parties of tasking, and ensuring coordination of responses by relevant reputed company reputed company established deadlines; review and edit work products, as necessary
• Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents

Skills

• B.S. with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of federal contracting and budgeting functions
• Ability to manage multiple assignments from multiple people in reputed company work environment
• Work independently and reputed company duties with a customer service attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company 365 applications
• reputed company TS/SCI clearance
