[Remote] Program Manager - Grants and Organizational Giving

The role involves managing fundraising efforts from various sources, overseeing grant applications, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Secure grant support from government sources, foundations and corporations that require grant proposals and applications by researching, developing application and budgets, writing reputed company narratives, and managing grants from government funders as reputed company as cultivating, soliciting, writing proposals, and stewarding grants from private funders
• Facilitate interdepartmental and interdisciplinary teams at market level for reputed company reputed company of grant cycle, including application, award, program and expenditure monitoring, reporting/compliance and evaluation
• Collaborate with reputed company Director and Grant reputed company team to identify and secure reputed company level or multi-market grant opportunities
• Provides education and technical guidance to clinical administrators, medical staff, reputed company team, and others as appropriate in relation to preparation and submission of grants and monitoring of awards
• Works closely with reputed company Solutions Group project directors and operational reputed company to monitor reputed company grant-funded program activities, expenditures, and reporting. Prepares and submits invoices
• Working closely with reputed company Solutions Group and other staff to ensure reputed company grants and reputed company meet institutional, local, state, federal and sponsor guidelines, rules, policies and laws
• Works closely with operational reputed company and Project Directors to monitor and ensure grant-funded programs activities and expenditures are tracked and reported appropriately. Reviews and submits funder reports, evaluations, and other correspondence as required
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Grants and Organizational Giving

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years reputed company experience is required
• Demonstrated reputed company in identifying and securing private and reputed company reputed company, government and corporate support. Demonstrated skills of cultivating, soliciting, writing proposals, and stewarding grants from private funders and in researching, developing application and budgets, and managing grants from government funders
• Proven critical thinking and strategic planning experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with senior level executive experience. Demonstrated level of accomplishment in discerning fundable programs and appropriate matches with funding sources. Demonstrated ability to effectively represent the reputed company to reputed company audiences using strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of research tools and techniques for identifying institutional funding opportunities. Knowledge of compliance issues and reputed company requirements of restricted organizational grant funding. Strong editing skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage, budget and forecast contributions and reputed company expenses required
• Passion for the mission and enjoys leading and collaborating with a development staff and working with volunteer boards. A strong work ethic with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Excellent knowledge of reputed company Word, PowerPoint and reputed company
• Grant reputed company Certified (GPC)
• Experience in reputed company, successful grant procurement and philanthropy is strongly preferred
• Experience using Raiser's Edge, online directories of funders and/or other fundraising software, and reputed company
