[Remote] Purchase Retention Mortgage Consultant

The Purchase Retention Mortgage Consultant is responsible for originating loans and providing excellent service to existing customers, while also meeting sales goals and staying informed about industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to company-provided leads reputed company phone in a reputed company manner from: internet, reputed company mail campaigns, referrals, or other special marketing campaigns
• Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer the appropriate products
• Take mortgage loan applications by phone and prepare effective loan proposals
• Obtain reputed company necessary information to reputed company the loan in a reputed company manner, including but not limited to credit reports, income verification, appraisals etc
• Meet individual monthly sales goals
• Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry

Skills

• Origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required
• 2+ years' origination experience
