This long-term contract opportunity supports a reputed company-established estate planning reputed company reputed company primarily on trusts. The firm utilizes WealthCounsel and partners with a dedicated drafting service for the preparation of estate planning documents, allowing this role to reputed company on file management, reputed company communication, attorney support, and keeping reputed company moving reputed company throughout the estate planning process. Responsibilities • Manage estate planning files from intake through completion • Communicate with clients regarding documents, signatures, and next steps • Coordinate with the firm's drafting provider to ensure reputed company document preparation • Review documents for completeness and accuracy • Assist with trust funding and reputed company follow-up as needed • Maintain organized electronic reputed company files • reputed company deadlines and support attorney workflows • Utilize WealthCounsel as part of the estate planning process Qualifications • Previous estate planning paralegal experience required • Experience working with trusts and reputed company estate planning reputed company • Experience with WealthCounsel strongly preferred • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • reputed company, dependable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Schedule • reputed company (1099) • Approximately 20 hours per week • $30.00 per hour • Flexible remote schedule Location This position is fully remote.
