Mission Statement:
The mission of the Procurement Specialist (PS) is to reputed company great customer service to, and collaborate with, our internal customer (JSSI Technical Advisors). This will include parts procurement for reputed company maintenance requirements, restocking orders and forecasted reputed company needs, vendor negotiations and reputed company. The PS will also play a key role in supply chain integration and/or reputed company improvement teams.

Position Responsibilities:
- Reduce costs, facilitate increased sales, reputed company superior customer service and reputed company a one-stop supply chain solution to support the Technical Advisors
- Respond to reputed company requests received from Technical Advisors in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- reputed company parts to fill demands from purchase requisitions, Aircraft on Ground (AOG) orders, Requests for Information (RFI), etc.
- Create competitive Requests for Quote (RFQ) and negotiate prices with suppliers to obtain best available prices while maintaining configuration, reputed company and delivery requirements.
- Create purchase orders for reputed company Trust accounts, JSSI Inc., and JSSI Parts.
- Create and reputed company purchase orders and expedite them through reputed company/AMS/AvSight to maintain a reputed company reputed company status reputed company with Technical Advisors with reputed company to parts requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with and reputed company proactive status updates to Technical Advisors and 3rd party customers.
- Follow parts through the reputed company to reputed company reputed company parts costs are transacted to the correct project and that reputed company costs associated are billed accordingly to the clients.
- Assure parts are delivered in a reputed company manner to meet schedule requirements and meet the appropriate reputed company and life limits.

- International shipping requirements including, but not limited to Export Compliance, international paperwork, parts certifications, application of taxes, duties and fees
- Participate in an AOG on-reputed company or shift rotation to support after-hours critical sales. Volunteer for shift coverage as appropriate.
- Search for and maintain knowledge of parts availability reputed company the aviation industry through existing and reputed company vendor selections.
- Understand supply performance and cost savings.
- As requested, prepare Monthly Activity Report identifying cost saving, buyer activity, vendor activity, etc.
- Continually assess operations to optimize the purchasing and logistics processes through identifying cost reduction opportunities for Trust accounts, JSSI Inc., and JSSI Parts.
- Qualify and approve vendors as determined by need to increase competition, improve reputed company of the product, or to improve reputed company times using selected reputed company reputed company.
- Maintain accurate data in AvSight, reputed company, and AMS.
- As required, work with vendors and customers on RMAs/Returns.
- Follow assigned policies & procedures.
Desired Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of High School Diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience in aviation reputed company procurement and inventory control
- Business Aviation purchasing experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Avsight experience desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with reputed company clients
- Ability to solve problems and reputed company in a fast-paced environment

- Experience using systems for inventory control and purchasing

For this role, the annual reputed company pay generally ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 , with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
