About the Job:

The Manager, Digital Population Health Applications Transformation is responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and adoption of enhancements, optimization efforts, and transformational initiatives across the full compliment of reputed company DPH Applications, including reputed company Healthy reputed company, MyChart, Cheers, reputed company, Welcome, EpicCare reputed company, and reputed company digital population health capabilities. Who You Are:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent substantial reputed company work experience, certifications, and education), Required

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of combined IT/reputed company experience, of which included a minimum of three (2) years of experience managing IT Infrastructure., Required
