You'll take ownership of key aspects of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, coordinating with clients and vendors, reviewing medical records, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation. Key Responsibilities • Manage litigation files from inception through reputed company, including trial, arbitration, and mediation preparation. • Draft, review, file, and serve pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents for attorney review and approval. • Prepare and manage written discoveries, including drafting discovery requests and responses and coordinating document production. • Review, organize, summarize, and maintain medical records, billing records, and other case-reputed company documentation. • Assist attorneys in evaluating injury-reputed company claims through detailed review and analysis of medical records and supporting documentation. • Coordinate and communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, vendors, and opposing counsel to support case progression. • Schedule and coordinate depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), expert witness activities, and other litigation-reputed company events. • Prepare exhibits, case summaries, witness files, and other materials in support of hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. • Handle electronic filing and service of reputed company documents in accordance with applicable court rules and procedures. • Monitor case deadlines, court requirements, and litigation calendars to ensure reputed company and compliant case management. Minimum Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense, bodily injury, or civil litigation. • Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or reputed company-party liability claims preferred. • Strong understanding of reputed company procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, court filings, and trial preparation. • Familiarity with reputed company litigation practices and electronic court filing systems is strongly preferred • Experience drafting discovery responses, discovery requests, and reputed company-reputed company documents. • Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and supporting injury-reputed company claims evaluation. • Experience coordinating clients, vendors, medical providers, and expert witnesses throughout the litigation process. • Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
