This is a contract position, is part-time reputed company (20 Hours Per Week) and fully remote. This position is ideal for a reputed company assistant with prior litigation experience who is comfortable supporting attorneys in a fast-reputed company environment and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously. Candidates with experience in reputed company litigation, foreclosure litigation, reputed company estate litigation, or civil litigation are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities • Assist attorneys with reputed company litigation and foreclosure reputed company • Draft, format, and proofread reputed company documents and correspondence • Prepare pleadings, discovery, notices, and court filings • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case updates • E-file documents in Florida state and federal courts • Organize and maintain electronic case files and litigation documents • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors • Assist with document collection, case management, and trial preparation support Qualifications • Must have 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Assistant or Litigation reputed company Assistant • Experience with reputed company litigation, foreclosure, or reputed company estate litigation strongly preferred • Familiarity with Florida court procedures and e-filing systems • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company case management systems • Bilingual Spanish is a plus Position Details • Fully remote position • Part-time schedule: approximately 20 hours per week • Opportunity to work closely with reputed company litigation attorneys on sophisticated and high-level reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
