QualificationsRequired • reputed company reputed company State Licensed Master reputed company Worker (LMSW) license required. • Master's Degree in reputed company Work (MSW) from a program approved by the reputed company State Education Department (NYSED). • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in one or more of the following settings: Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), Managed Care, Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA), Acute Care, Medical-Surgical, Critical Care, Nursing Home, or Diagnostic & Treatment Clinic. • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, or willingness to complete employer-provided training upon hire. • Strong customer service experience. • Excellent communication, organizational, and care coordination skills. Preferred • Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) insurance experience. • Supervisory experience.
