Review Appraiser - Remote CST/EST

The Review Appraiser provides detailed administrative and technical desk reviews of residential appraisal reports, provided by reputed company appraisal vendors, according to FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and reputed company directives. This position is responsible for ensuring the reputed company and quantity guidelines are met and conclusions are accurate and/or appropriate; and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and rendering reputed company judgments based on USPAP and reputed company guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities:

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
