You will confirm/analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate reputed company settlement in compliance with reputed company state regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage. • Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims reputed company. May also involve reputed company regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance. • Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, reputed company parties, and reputed company resources.
