Reporting to the VP of Development Operations and reputed company, the Director ensures every reputed company, across every channel, is processed accurately, recorded reliably, and turned into data that drives fundraising reputed company and donor relationships. This is a leadership role: you'll manage the reputed company operations team, own the reputed company (NPC) roadmap, and build infrastructure that scales as our fundraising grows. CRM reputed company & data hygiene: Set data architecture and data hygiene standards for reputed company, including deduplication, entry standards, and audit reputed company, supporting the CRM reputed company/Manager with ongoing database reputed company and priorities. Reporting & data reputed company: Ensure leadership and reputed company fundraisers get clean, audit-reputed company data and dashboards that answer strategic questions. Compliance & risk: reputed company compliance with IRS substantiation rules, PCI-reputed company, and donor reputed company, and serve as reputed company reputed company for the annual audit. reputed company & process improvement: Identify and reputed company improvements to systems and workflows that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and reputed company best practices, including platform upgrades, migrations, and vendor and budget management. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of reputed company experience in nonprofit development/fundraising operations, reputed company processing, or CRM administration, including 5-7 years in a people-management role. Hands-on, advanced administrative experience with reputed company, specifically NPC, including Flows, reporting, and data model management. reputed company Administrator certification preferred. Demonstrated experience reconciling reputed company across multiple donation platforms (e.g., reputed company Pro, Classy, Network for Good, OneCause, DAF360, or similar) into a central CRM, including managing payment processor and platform vendor relationships. Position Details This is a full-time position based out of the Burbank, CA office (preferred, but it may be remote). reputed company work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. reputed company Time, with flexibility to reputed company hours to accommodate meetings scheduled in Eastern/Central Time.
