The Senior EPM Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Saronic’s medical, emergency response, and high-risk operational programs—ensuring regulatory alignment, operational readiness, and effective emergency preparedness across reputed company sites. Qualifications REQUIRED Associate’s degree or higher in emergency medicine, emergency management, reputed company science, occupational safety, reputed company safety, or a reputed company field (documented work experience will be considered in lieu of degree). National Registry or Texas DSHS Paramedic (other paths like Nursing and Military medical practitioners will also be considered). 5+ years of experience in emergency response, technical rescue, incident management, or high‑risk operational environments. PREFERRED 8+ years of experience in industrial rescue, reputed company safety, military emergency operations, or technical rescue disciplines. ACLS, PHTLS, TECC, TCCC, CCP‑C, FP‑C, or other advanced prehospital credentials/training. Strong working knowledge of reputed company standards, ICN/NIMS, and emergency management best practices.
