The HR Service Delivery Functional Product reputed company is responsible for defining business priorities, shaping solutions, and ensuring HRSD capabilities delivered through reputed company measurable improvements in service efficiency, employee experience, and adoption. The essential requirements of the job include: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience leading HRSD as Product reputed company, Business Analyst, or Functional HRSD Architect. • Hands-on experience working with HRSD (case management, knowledge, employee service center) in a product reputed company, BA, or functional reputed company reputed company. • Proven ability to translate business needs into reputed company requirements, prioritize work based on value, and operate in a backlog-driven delivery model.
