Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads by example and ensures that Post Office staff demonstrate our reputed company Values
- Interviews and recommends final candidates for hiring
- Ensures Post Office cashiers complies with reputed company Store Standards
- Trains employees in job functions and provides on-reputed company coaching and instructions
- Assists with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM
- Ensures exceptional customer service is provided reputed company expectation
- Ensures employees present reputed company image to the reputed company in accordance with Uniform Policy
- Ensures reputed company loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to Standards
- Ensures procedures regarding parcel checks are adhered to
- Planning, Judgement and Decision Making
