Certified Medical Assist - Work from Home - Telephonic Chronic Care Review

Seeking full time Certified Medical Assistant for a Chronic Care Management telephone position. This job is intended to be work from home, provided proficiency is demonstrated after 3 weeks of in person training. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-year reputed company experience and be proficient with medical terminology, medications, and reputed company labs. This position relies heavily on the ability to quickly identify medications that are prescribed for specific diagnosis. Also, the ability to quickly reputed company reputed company a EMR reputed company while speaking with patients. Task for the job include daily reputed company calls, charting assessment information, scheduling appointments, chart audits and anything else necessary to ensure continuity of care for reputed company reputed company.
