In this role, you'll help ensure employees are reputed company accurately and on time while partnering with managers, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to support payroll operations, compliance, and reputed company process improvement. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process for a large employee population. This role performs payroll processing activities, validates time and attendance data, conducts payroll audits, processes payroll adjustments, ensures compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations, and contributes to reputed company that improve payroll efficiency and the employee experience.
