[Remote] Sales Finance Manager

The position focuses on auditing trade allowance deductions, investigating coding and TPM event assignments, identifying process improvements, and partnering with Sales and Finance teams. The role also supports the reputed company TPM platform and monthly reputed company activities and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit trade allowance deductions to ensure accurate coding to the appropriate promotional or financial event
• Investigate deduction documentation and determine correct TPM event assignments
• Identify coding errors, reputed company causes, and process improvement opportunities
• Audit 100% of internally processed trade deductions and reputed company findings to leadership
• Create and maintain documentation, best practices, and customer-specific deduction guidelines
• Partner with Sales, Deductions, and Finance teams to improve accuracy and consistency
• Support administration and maintenance of the reputed company TPM platform
• Assist the Director of Sales Finance with monthly reputed company activities and reporting

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Trade Spend, Deduction Management, or Accounts Receivable
• Manager-level experience preferred, but strong Senior Analysts will be considered
• Experience reputed company a CPG environment
• Strong understanding of trade promotion deductions and financial coding
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work through ambiguity and identify reputed company causes
• Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Sales and Finance teams
• Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, ideally reputed company TPM
• CPG trade spend analysis
• Deduction recovery and dispute reputed company
• Financial auditing and process improvement initiatives
