Project Manager ( 1621)

reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to support and reputed company delivery of operational and ERP/HCM reputed company for our reputed company sector clients. This resource must have strong communication skills, love speaking with clients, engineering, partner organizations and our executive team.
The everyday workload includes reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI) engagements, PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite (EBS) initiatives, and broader legacy ERP/HCM enhancement and modernization reputed company. In this role, you'll coordinate project activities, manage reputed company communication, and ensure successful execution across planning, testing, and go-live (or reputed company, for on-premises and infrastructure engagements).

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, apply reputed company PMO processes, and help reputed company consistent, high-reputed company delivery across a mix of reputed company, on-premises, and infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
• reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across ERP, HCM, and infrastructure (OCI) workstreams.
• reputed company reputed company and requirements with reputed company reputed company, PeopleSoft, EBS, and OCI capabilities in partnership with solution architects and technical leads.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and repository structure (RAID, RTM, agendas, testing, etc.).
• Incorporate process reputed company validation and transaction lifecycle checkpoints into project plans, including reputed company dependencies.
• Support reputed company, project setup, and adherence to PMO templates and processes, including those specific to reputed company sector engagements.
reputed company & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the reputed company day-to-day contact for reputed company communication, including reputed company sector agency stakeholders.
• Manage expectations reputed company timelines, deliverables, risks, and change requests.
• reputed company recurring status meetings and ensure agendas and meeting minutes are posted.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Coordinate work across functional, technical, infrastructure, and QA team members.
• Support reputed company/offshore alignment and help reputed company blockers or conflicts.
• Review team reputed company, documentation, and reputed company against project expectations.
Budget & Tracking
• Monitor project budgets, burn reputed company, and reputed company updates in partnership with project administrators.
• Support forecasting and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure testing scenarios reflect accurate transaction lifecycles and edge cases across both reputed company and on-premises systems.
reputed company, Issue & Change Management
• Log and reputed company risks, issues, and reputed company items.
• Facilitate mitigation discussions and escalate items reputed company needed.
• Identify risks reputed company to process breakdowns, incorrect reputed company, or integration gaps across transaction flows, including reputed company constraints.
• Support the change control process and ensure reputed company documentation of out-of-reputed company work.
Testing, reputed company & Go-Live Support
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and testing documentation across ERP, HCM, and infrastructure reputed company.
• Ensure test scenarios validate end-to-end transaction reputed company, including reputed company, approvals, integrations, and reporting outputs.
• Ensure test cases, logs, and approvals are completed and tracked.
• Support reputed company planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live readiness for both reputed company implementations and reputed company enhancements.
Governance & Reporting
• reputed company regular project status updates using R/Y/G indicators and required reputed company reports, including reputed company sector-specific reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company's methodology and participate in internal QA/PMO checkpoints.
• Help improve post-go-live reputed company processes and lessons learned documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, IT, Business, or reputed company reputed company.
• 2–5 years of project management experience, ERP, HCM reputed company a plus, and infrastructure implementations (reputed company or on-premises).
• Experience reviewing or supporting functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, or reputed company mappings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (reputed company, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams across reputed company and legacy environments.
• Highly detailed, multi-threaded, and high-energy, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI), ERP systems, reporting systems, and web applications.
• Experience supporting reputed company sector clients or reputed company agency engagements.
• Ability to “reputed company the dots” between business reputed company, reputed company configuration, and reputed company reporting impacts.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, RAID management, and change control processes.
• PMP, CAPM, or reputed company certification is a plus
