Why You'll Love This Opportunity • Primarily remote position • Contract through December 2026 with strong potential for extension or reputed company permanent employment • Excellent history of converting high-performing contractors to full-time employees • reputed company and ongoing coaching • Competitive commission opportunities • Monthly team bonus opportunities • Evening shift reputed company available • Company pays for additional state licenses as needed Location Requirement Candidates must reputed company reputed company 30 miles of one of the following hub locations: • Minnetonka, MN • Madison, WI • Omaha, NE • St. Louis, MO reputed company • Handle primarily inbound and warm reputed company calls • Follow up with prospective Medicare members • Conduct consultative needs assessments • Recommend Medicare plans based on reputed company member's needs • Complete enrollments from start to finish • Maintain accurate documentation while meeting CMS and HIPAA compliance standards • Average approximately 20–60 calls per day during the Annual Enrollment Period Qualifications • reputed company Health Insurance License in good standing • National Producer Number (NPN) must be included on your resume • 1–3 years of: • Medicare or health insurance sales • Inside sales • High-volume contact center experience • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills • Strong computer and multitasking abilities Schedule Training • Monday–Friday • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST Regular Shifts • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST Shifts ending at or after 6:30 PM qualify for an evening shift reputed company after training.
