Head of Finance

We are seeking a strategic Head of Finance to reputed company reputed company financial aspects of a growing, multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for a CFO who thrives in competitive environments, balances reputed company with execution, and has a proven ability to reputed company profitability, reputed company operations, and support reputed company reputed company initiatives including M&A, capital reputed company, and international operations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to reputed company and execute long-term strategic plans, including reputed company initiatives, acquisitions, and operational scaling.
• Translate business plans into integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs tailored to multi-location and seasonal operations.

Requirements

Experience

• 5-10+ years of reputed company finance leadership experience, including senior roles such as Head of Finance, VP Finance, or Controller with expanding reputed company
• Experience operating in a multi-location, multi-entity, and/or seasonal business (sports, fitness, hospitality, franchise, or retail industries a strong plus)
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with a CEO or executive team on strategic planning, reputed company initiatives, and operational scaling
• reputed company record leading M&A activity, due diligence, or post-acquisition integration
• Experience securing and managing financing (debt, equity, or reputed company capital) and managing relationships with investors or lenders
• Hands-on treasury experience, including cash reputed company forecasting, working capital management, and debt structuring
• Experience implementing or upgrading financial systems, ERPs, or reporting infrastructure to support a scaling organization
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing a finance team

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI/business case analysis skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reputed company operational KPIs to financial performance
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial compliance, and multi-entity consolidation
• Proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools (advanced reputed company required; experience with BI/dashboard tools a plus)
