[Remote] Product Marketing Operations Director

The Product Marketing Operations Director will serve as a strategic and operational partner to senior marketing leadership, driving planning, cross-functional alignment, performance monitoring, budgeting, reputed company, and execution of high-reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP to manage team priorities, communications, and operating rhythm—including content for reputed company-hands meetings and offsites, annual planning, and QBR preparation. Support preparation for executive reviews and business updates

Skills

• * 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, business operations, consulting, product marketing, or chief of staff roles
• * Undergraduate Degree
• * Experience supporting senior executives or GTM leadership teams
• * Familiarity with Product Marketing functions including launches, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
• * Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives
• * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• * Strong operational and project management capabilities
• * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
